I can't really advise on the Iseki but the B8200 you mentioned is an excellent tractor. I had one but sold it in favor of a larger tractor. It could handle most anything I asked it to do given time. The HST is a nice option! I would suspect that you need new glow plugs and maybe a new fuel pump. I didn't have a problem with the cold starts on mine. Hour meter problem may be a cable or it could be the drive mechanism in the engine block. Either way not too bad to fix. BTW, I sold mine with ~1100 hours,hsd,4wd,loader(allied loader but only 2 years old) for $6500. I think you can do better on that one for sure! ....

I have a Kubota B8200. I paid more for it, but had barely 400 hours.Mine started hard when it was cold, but put in a fresh battery... It fires fast no matter what the temperature.I run a 48" rotary mower, scraper box, and now a new Bushho loader. It handles all just fine. I am very happy with it's performance. I like the three rangedrive on it.RobertN ....

The Iseki tractors are very good units. I was a White, Ford, & Kubota dealer in KS. Iseki makes the White, Bolins & M-F tractors. But I have seen very few blue Iseki tractors, most are gray market. ....

Be wary of the B8200... I had one with an HSD transmission and it was nothing but trouble and expense. When they start going out they are very expensive to fix and require a lot of labor. It becomes very frustrating when the engine is running hard and you're not going anywhere. Personally, I'll never buy a tractor with HSD again. Read into this what you will. ....
